4-Week Challenge

Summer is just around the corner and I know I’m not the only one drooling over travel deals, day dreaming about dancing on a beach, and a Pinterest board full of cute outfits that you are hoping you can fit into by June.  I also know I can’t be the only person that legit realizes in April or May that I should start slowing down on the carbs and doubling up on a workout routine.

Honestly I just want  to  get to the point where I  feel comfortable in my skin while sliding into that cute summer dress that’s been sitting in my Amazon cart for months (you all know I’m addicted to Amazon lol).

About 2 years ago I taught a class called “Turn up the Heat”  it was  4+ weeks of Dancehall Fusion’s High Energy, Calorie & Fat Burning Cardio infused with Intervals of Body Conditioning. Of course this combined some of my favorite toning exercises alongside my love of Dancehall and Caribbean music. Needless to say, it was a party and felt less like a work out,  which is what I live for.  

I wanted to do something special to celebrate the addition of another Dancehall Fusion class by offering this challenge since Summer is near. I would like to bring the class back for 4 weeks only starting April 5th, 2016, and invite anyone that needs a little encouragement to get ready (or continue to get ready) for summer and that’s up for the challenge.
