Taking time to catch up

Over the past two weeks I have been so busy between hosting an amazing workshop with one of Britian’s Got Talent Semi –Finalist, welcoming new dancers to the community, adding an additional class, working with my Training 2 Stage dancers, traveling  and lots of behind the scenes preparations for upcoming workshop events.  I haven’t had time to let you know what’s going on with Raediant Movement and some of the great performance opportunities that have come our way from awesome organizations that inspire, motive, and contribute back into the community.

I wanted to let everyone know what Raediant Movement has been up to and what’s up next.

Weekly Classes Continue


Sundays – 2:00-3:30pm   & NEW – Tuesdays 8:30 -9:30pm

$15  to Drop In , or Save with a Class Card Purchase of 4 – 8 or 10 Class Bundle

April 29th – High Caliber DC Performance Event – Raediant Movement Donated Performance in High Caliber DCSupport of High Caliber DC First Friday event, this particular even also provided networking opportunities for local DC Artists of all genres as well as spotlighting a Non-Profit organization by the name of FAIR GIRLS. FAIR Girls is a local non-profit that reduces exploitation of girls through empowerment and education in Serbia, Russia, and the United States. The FAIR Girls’ Vida Home is the only safe home that exclusively serves young women survivors of sex are trafficking and labor trafficking aged 18 to 26 in the Washington, D.C area. Up to 50 survivors walk through their Vida Home doors each year.


May 22nd – Delta Chi Xi Honorary Dane Fraternity, Inc. DanCe flux 2016 Dance Conference &  Benefit Showcase  – Raediant Movement will be a Guest Artist teaching Dancehall during the conference and has also donated a piece for the Benefit Concert all proceeds from the showcase will go towards the DCX Scholarship Fund.


June 4th – Dancehall Workshop with D’amour School of Dance Dancehall Master Class. Kids 2:00 – 3:00pm & Adults 3:00 – 4:00pm. Please contact D’amour School of Dance for details email: info@damourschoolofdance.com

The next few weeks wil lbe filled with hard work and continued effort to share my love of Dance & Dancehall with the rest of my local dance community. I hope to see you at any of the events listed above!
